Matt has nearly 20 years of incentives negotiation, site selection and real estate brokerage experience. Throughout his career, he has negotiated and secured well in excess of $1 billion of incentives for clients.

Jeff has four decades of experience working in real estate, site selection and economic development. He previously handled a $2B incentives portfolio and has worked with clients across a wide range of industries with every step in the site selection process.

Janie assists clients with developing economic development strategies, procuring tax and development incentives as well as managing their incentive programs across the lifetime of a project.

Chris is a managing director for Vista Site Selection. In his role, he assists private sector clients in achieving growth through the development of site selection and economic development strategies.

Across 20 years of site selection experience, Julie has overseen site selection and compliance processes for developing manufacturing and distribution centers, aerospace facilities and renewable energy projects.

James is the lead economist at Vista Site Selection.  His focus is on the creation of economic impact studies, using a variety of economic modeling software, including IMPLAN.

Evan has spent more than a decade helping companies gather, analyze and visualize data to make smart and confident business decisions. His work has included the development of map and data visualization platforms.

William is experienced in data acquisition, consumer research and conducting cost-benefit analysis. He excels at GIS mapping, sorting demographic datasets and transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Mac is a data scientist with Vista Site Selection, using his significant experience with data collection, analytics and visualization to create progressive solutions that help clients identify their ideal project location.
