Andrea is the senior vice president of project management at Vista Site Selection. She is a high-impact strategist at the intersection of engineering precision and location intelligence, with more than 20 years of leadership experience in complex systems integration, leveraging her background in aerospace and defense to lead mission-critical site selection initiatives for advanced manufacturers, innovators and scaling enterprises.
Andrea’s expertise spans incentive structuring, stakeholder alignment, and managing multi-phase project lifecycles with rigorous accountability. Known for turning complexity into executable frameworks, Andrea has a proven track record of orchestrating high-stakes collaborations with government agencies and transforming operations to increase velocity and improve outcomes. Her technical fluency and analytical rigor bring an engineering lens to Vista’s data-driven approach to site strategy.
Andrea’s past roles include experience at Lockheed Martin and the Defense Intelligence Agency, and multiple leadership positions at L3Harris – Coleman Aerospace. Most recently, she led cross-functional teams supporting the Missile Defense Agency and spearheaded operational transformations that enhanced reliability, reduced costs, and strengthened compliance. Andrea’s ability to scale teams and solutions makes her a driving force behind Vista’s mission to future-proof location decisions through intelligent planning and negotiation.
She holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Miami, maintains an active Secret clearance and is a multiple award-winning contributor to high-precision programs with national impact.
