Taylor Blanks

Taylor Blanks is a program support manager with Vista Site Selection.  She maintains operational excellence across the Vista team, managing projects, ensuring clear communications and streamlining site selection processes.  

Taylor has more than a decade of project management and program coordination experience in the aerospace and defense industries.  She manages multi-phase project lifecycles, supporting multidisciplinary teams with an emphasis on improving reliability, reducing costs and ensuring compliance.

Prior to joining the Vista team, Taylor held several administrative roles within the defense and aerospace industries, including serving as a coordinator with L3 Harris Technologies’ Missile Solutions Division and as an assistant specialist with Lockheed Martin’s Missiles & Fire Control division.

Taylor currently maintains an active Secret clearance.
