Meet Taylor Blanks, Vista’s Program Support Manager

Vista Site Selection is pleased to introduce Taylor Blanks, our new program support manager.  Taylor will ensure operational excellence across the Vista team, using her strong project management experience, communication skills and organizational skills to further Vista’s high standard for effective, efficient site selection processes.  She is based in Central Florida.

Taylor has significant prior experience in the defense and aerospace industries.  Her expertise lies in project management and program coordination, managing multi-phase project lifecycles and supporting multidisciplinary teams with an emphasis on improving reliability, reducing costs and ensuring compliance.

“Taylor’s background makes her an obvious, immediate difference-maker at Vista,” said Matt Samler, Vista Site Selection’s managing partner and executive managing director. “She has demonstrated experience in streamlining complex projects and processes, and her experience in defense and aerospace complements Vista’s continuing rapid growth in that space.”  

Prior to joining Vista, she held numerous administrative positions within the aerospace and defense industries, including serving as a coordinator with L3 Harris Technologies’ Missile Solutions Division and as an assistant specialist with Lockheed Martin’s Missiles & Fire Control division.  She currently maintains an active Secret clearance.
